ReelScript Studio is an AI-powered tool that generates short-form video scripts for social media platforms. Scripts are generated using third-party artificial intelligence technology. While we strive for quality and relevance, we do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, original, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To save scripts and access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

You own the scripts you generate using the Service and may use them for your personal or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, and distribute generated content. We claim no ownership over your generated scripts, your brand information, or the inputs you provide.
ReelScript offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Paystack, and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges. You can cancel anytime from your account; see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Free accounts are subject to monthly usage limits, which may change over time. We reserve the right to modify the features and limits of any tier with reasonable notice.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundre Communication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We collect the following information:
When you generate a script, your inputs (topic, brand details, audience information) are sent to our third-party AI provider to produce the script. This data is used only to generate your output and is subject to that provider's data handling practices.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our database provider. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment processing is handled by Paystack under their own security standards. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate ReelScript — namely our AI provider, Supabase (database), Paystack (payments), and our hosting provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver the Service.
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below. When you delete scripts, they are removed from our systems.
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as language and currency). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 18 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We want you to be happy with ReelScript Studio. This policy explains our refund terms for Pro subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription.
Email sundrecommunication@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Refund Request". We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
The 7-day refund window applies to your first payment only. Automatic renewal payments (the start of each new billing cycle) are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before your next billing date — you can do this anytime from the "Manage Subscription" section in your account.
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, but you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period. After that, your account moves to the Free tier. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund.
Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
